Common issues

Missing cashback

If your cashback doesn't appear within 48 hours of a purchase, email us with your order confirmation number and we'll investigate. Common causes include ad blockers, other browser extensions, or clearing cookies before checkout.

Withdrawal not received

PayPal and bank transfers take 1-3 business days. USDC transfers should arrive within minutes. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond these timeframes, contact us with your withdrawal ID from the dashboard.

Account access issues

If you can't sign in, try resetting your password through the sign-in page. If you signed up with Coinbase or MetaMask, make sure you're using the same wallet. For persistent issues, email us.

Incorrect cashback amount

Cashback is calculated on the net purchase amount after discounts. Returns, cancellations, and excluded categories may reduce or cancel cashback. Check the merchant's specific terms on their store page.
